Compagnia dei Folli: Tradition and Innovation in Street Theatre<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Compagnia dei Folli<\/strong> was founded in 1984. A group of young actors, fascinated by street and visual theatre, dreamed of telling stories and legends. They chose stilts as their main expressive tool. Inspired by the grallatores<\/em> of the Middle Ages, the Folli bring performances to life using stilts, fire and fireworks. In Italy and abroad, squares and streets are transformed into magical, fantastic places through their performances.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
